At Aventus, we are a truly decentralised business, with staff located everywhere from the UK and Europe to the US and the Middle East. This gives our team the trust, flexibility and freedom to make sure work fits around their lives, not the other way around.

But it also means that the opportunities for face-to-face collaboration are limited. To celebrate the huge successes we’ve accomplished this year (including winning our Parachain slot in Polkadot’s ecosystem, becoming fully carbon neutral and securing a number of key partnerships), we brought the entire team together from across the globe to London.

After a full in-person work day where Aventus founder & CEO Alan Vey shared exciting updates about our strategic direction, we enjoyed early holiday festivities (followed by a couple of sore heads the following morning!)

The entire team left feeling invigorated and excited about what’s to come in 2023.
