September was a busy month for us. Having secured our Parachain slot at the beginning of the month, our tech team has been working hard to integrate the Aventus Network into Polkadot. We’ve also been busy working on partnerships, exciting upcoming client deals and attending events across the world! Find out more below. 

Key Milestones

• We secured our Parachain slot! After a one week auction (during which we reached our hardcap of 200K DOT in a record 24 hours – something never achieved before in a Parachain auction), we were thrilled to have won our 96-week slot in Polkadot’s Parachain ecosystem. Learn more here.

• We announced an exciting partnership with Parity Technologies. Together, Parity & Aventus will work to bring blockchain solutions to businesses and expand the Polkadot ecosystem together. Learn more here.

• Alan Vey, Founder & Chairman of Aventus, was featured in New Scientist, exploring the impact the Ethereum Merge could have on the wider blockchain industry.
• Alan was featured on the Brave New Coin podcast to discuss all things Aventus.
• Aventus held a Twitter Spaces AMA with Alan Vey and Siddarth Singhal,  Head of Enterprise at Parity Technologies, where the two discussed what the new Aventus-Parity partnership will entail, among other exciting topics. You can listen to the recording here.
